Supplee, Don This is a sterling silver bolo tie on a black leather cord with sterling silver tips by Hopi jeweler Don Supplee. Don made this bolo as a stylized Hopi Longhair Kachina. He hand-carved the jet to resemble the hair and inlaid the figure with turquoise coral and lapsi at varying heights, adding depth and dimension, all set inside a sterling silver wax cast frame with stair-step designs.
