Carl and Irene Clark These are some of Carl and Irene Clark’s more intricate earrings because of the double-inlaid and the curvature of the silver hoop. The Clarks have perfected their talent of micro-fine inlay. Adding to the complex details, the inlay is curved on the outside and the inside of these sterling silver earrings. Each hoop earring features Clark’s traditional Navajo stylized Yei design, which they say is for protection over the jewelry. With hundreds of micro-cut stones, the inlay consists of turquoise, coral, sugilite, lapis, jet, and mother of pearl. They signed the back with their hallmark, and these earrings are post.
