March 4th, 2013 Mumbai: Bharti AXA General Insurance was awarded the prestigious “Claims Initiative of the Year” at the Star of the Industry Awards, a part of My FM BFSI Awards 2013. The Dedicated Claims Handler is someone who facilitates all the activities associated with the claims process and his / her duties are not restricted to merely registering a claim and providing updates. Regular follow-up during hospitalization
Co-ordination between TPA and the hospital for updates, queries, documents
Providing guidance on cashless and reimbursement options
Helping understand policy wording and other associated documentation
