Scheduled to open December 2017, Corito Bay and Savannah (Sava) Bay are six-star super luxury beachfront resorts that feature residential living, a world-class spa, private yacht and polo club — a first for the island of Anguilla.
Nestled on two prime beachfront locations on the east side of the island — Corito Bay and Savannah Bay, these luxury developments are strategically set against the pristine Caribbean Ocean, replete with gorgeous and breathtaking ocean views of the coast.

Savannah Bay (Sava Bay)
Features 100 super luxury resort style resident homes along with a 120-unit resident condo hotels, developed on 212 acers of parceled beachfront property. It will also include exciting and exclusive floating residences, called New Living on the Water that are super luxury homes located on the inland sea water pond (Grey Pond).
The amenities found throughout the lush landscaped gardens will feature:

As an added bonus, Sava Bay will also have its own 80-meter super luxury yacht that residential owners have exclusive rights to access and book on an annual basis - one week in the Caribbean and one week in the Mediterranean.
Features 100 meticulously designed, two and three bedroom villas developed on 40 acres of luxury beachfront property. Situated on each one-acre parcel of land will have four villas and one concierge service house. At Coritio Bay, guest arriving by boat or yacht will have the luxury of clearing immigration through the use of our onsite immigration centre. Professional entertainmentowners and guests will also be able to access an adjoining recording studio, screening rooms and new technology facilities. Corito Bay will be an event and meeting space with luxury encampments.

The buildings will be constructed with a new patent pending engineered building system that was specially designed for the Caribbean environment and logistics. As part of our feasibility and environmental studies, the developers intimately understand the challenges to be addressed during the planning and construction of these developments in Anguilla. The developers mitigated these problems through a tried and tested solution to resolve these issues. Through a unique process that uses 40% less concrete compared to the leading comparable construction processes traditionally used, we will be able to construct this project within less than 14 months. Without compromising construction quality, we the developers will significantly speed up the build out time frame, while increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings’ R factor. There are also a number of smart technologies and other thoughtful innovations that have been incorporated into the design and construction of these developments.
On the outset, our primary mission is to be the most environmental and energy efficient development during construction, also after the project is completed and is operating. The energy required to cool, light and run the appliances for the properties will be significantly low. Energy production, water production, water capture, recycling and waste management solution are efficiently integrated to meet the EECD standards.
The team of developers are currently constructing two model homes in Toronto that is over 60% completed and is available for showing, inspection and evaluation.
In Anguilla the team is also setting up a manufacturing plant to produce a significant part of this solution with future plans to export to other Caribbean Island.
