Description Butterfly oil study with a hexagonal mount and frame. A fabulous, realistic painting that has captured the simple beauty of a white butterfly. Created on a oil canvas paper with Winton oils and sealed with artist’s varnish, this original piece measures approx. 8cm across. Supplied with a 6″ x 6″ (15cm x 15cm) purple mount and white frame that can either stand on a shelf or be hung on a wall. There is no glass within the frame as oil paints need to breath. Please note that the colours of the actual painting and frame may differ to the photos due the variation in camera and screen technology.
