Rocker Cover Gasket – Warner 145

ROCKER COVER GASKET – Silicone for WARNER 145    –   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical       grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures       up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.    –   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up       like cork or neoprene.    –   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces, and      eliminates corrosion. –   Gaskets are 100% reusable.   PART#:   RG-7601 OEM#:    7601 Gaskets sold individually Gaskets are 1/16″ thick silicone Reusable.   This gasket is also available in a set of 14 gaskets.  See part # RG-7601-14     INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:    Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent.       Remove all traces of oil.    Silicone gaskets are installed DRY (No oil or lube used of any type).   INSTALL DRY.    TORQUE: 15 TO 20 INCH POUNDS.        CAUTION – DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!   If you over tighten, it makes the gasket bulge out or squeeze out.   TO REUSE GASKET:    Wash gasket briefly in hot water and soap.     Rinse the gasket off, dry thoroughly.     Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.   PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
