Currently we ship across Canada and the US – the cost depends on the location. If you would like to send a freepressrelease box internationally, please email us with an address and we will get a shipping quote for you.

The shipping cost depends on location. Once you type in your shipping address, the postage rate will be presented to you.

Note: If you sign up to our mailing list, you can get up to $10 OFF on your first order!

Processing your freepressrelease box(es) takes 1-3 days.

Deliveries within the GTA usually take up to 2 business days once the freepressrelease box is created and dropped off at the post office. Deliveries outside of the GTA take approximately 5-7 business days from the time it’s mailed out. Shipping to the US usually takes around 10 business days, depending on the exact location. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping date, but you will be sent a tracking number once shipped.

Our boxes are assembled with time and care, a process not conducive to same day orders. We will do everything we can to try and accommodate your request. Please contact us if you are in a rush!

All sales are final.

No, there are no minimums that have to be reached for your order.

Yes, just make sure to add multiple freepressrelease boxes, and then in the comment section let us know which gift item you’d like in which freepressrelease box. You can also just put the orders through separately, or email us and we can help you 🙂

Yes – you get a choice to add a card for FREE to every freepressrelease box. After finalizing your gift box, you will be asked if you want to add a card. Then you can pick a card from our selection and add a personal note. Click here to see our greeting card options.

Yes! To personalize your freepressrelease box you can pick the “White Deluxe box with Personalization” option when picking your box and then you’ll be able to write what you’d like on the box (and pick the font style). We also have a few products that you can personalize – those products will have a personalization option button for you to select.
